1. RENTAL AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Customer acknowledges that inflatable amusement equipment and concession machines involve inherent risks, including falls, collisions, slipping hazards, burns, electrical hazards, and injuries caused by misuse or inadequate supervision. Customer voluntarily assumes ALL risks associated with the equipment. 


SUPERVISION REQUIREMENT

Customer agrees:

  • Continuous adult supervision (18+) is required.

  • Equipment will be used only as intended.

  • Safety rules will be enforced.

  • Participants will be separated by size and age.

  • No flips, wrestling, climbing, or overcrowding.

Party Pantry provides NO supervision unless contracted separately in writing.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY 

To the fullest extent permitted under Tennessee law, Customer releases, waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Party Pantry, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in or use of rented equipment, INCLUDING claims resulting from ordinary negligence, except where prohibited by law or involving gross negligence or willful misconduct.

INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Party Pantry against any claims, lawsuits, attorney fees, or damages arising from equipment use during the rental period.

PAYMENT TERMS

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of delivery. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments.
 

Customer authorizes Party Pantry to charge the payment method on file for damages, cleaning fees, or extended rental time.


 

2. SAFETY RULES ACKNOWLEDGMENT

INFLATABLE RULES

  • Adult supervision required at all times

  • Remove shoes, glasses, jewelry

  • No food, drinks, gum, or candy

  • No flips or rough play

  • Follow occupancy limits

  • Stop use during wind or storms


WATER INFLATABLE RULES

  • No diving or running

  • Maintain controlled water flow

  • Use only on approved surfaces


CONCESSION EQUIPMENT RULES/SAFETY

Popcorn Machine — hot surfaces present burn risk
Cotton Candy Machine — spinning head hazard
Sno Cone Machine — blade hazard; unplug before cleaning

3. WEATHER & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Party Pantry reserves the right to delay or cancel setup due to unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, lightning, flooding, or severe storms.

Rescheduling is allowed based on availability if requested before delivery.

No refunds once equipment has been delivered unless Party Pantry determines the conditions to be unsafe.

4. EQUIPMENT CARE & DAMAGE AUTHORIZATION

Customer agrees that the equipment will be returned in its original condition.


DAMAGE FEE SCHEDULE

  • Excessive Cleaning: $50–$150

  • Silly String Damage: Full Replacement Cost

  • Torn Inflatable Repair: $150+

  • Missing Blower: $300+

  • Damaged Extension Cord: $40

  • Broken Table: $75

  • Broken Chair: $25

  • Missing Concession Parts: Replacement Cost


Customer authorizes Party Pantry to charge card on file for repair or replacement costs without additional signature.

5. SETUP REQUIREMENTS CHECKLIST
Customer confirms:
☐ Clear 3–4 ft access path provided
☐ Level setup area available
☐ Electrical outlet within 75 ft
☐ Area free of debris & animal waste
☐ Permission granted for staking or weighting equipment

Party Pantry may refuse setup if conditions are unsafe.


6. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

Customer grants Party Pantry permission to photograph or record equipment setups and general event environments for advertising and marketing purposes. No identifying personal information will be used without consent.
