What are the yard requirements for setup?
We need a flat, clear area—ideally grass. We cannot set up on steep slopes or under low-hanging branches or power lines for safety reasons.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Safety is our priority. If high winds or heavy rain are forecast, we'll coordinate a reschedule or cancellation to ensure your guests stay safe.
How long does setup and teardown take?
Setup typically takes 30-45 minutes depending on the unit, and teardown is about 30 minutes. We always arrive early to ensure your event starts on time!
What are the core safety rules?
Supervision is required at all times. No shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects are allowed inside. We'll provide a full safety sheet upon delivery.
